Scientists denounce teaching of creationism

A worldwide coalition of scientists has told schools to stop teaching creationism:

"Within science courses taught in certain public systems of education, scientific evidence, data, and testable theories about the origins and evolution of life on Earth are being concealed, denied, or confused with theories not testable by science".

hey, wait a minute ... why would anyone ever listen to a scientist about scientific things? didn't god just like go "poof" and 6 days later we all were here? and doesn't my preacher know more about how the world started than scientist ...

now i'm really confused. thanks. does this mean i have to work on sundays now?
